We have provided the Colonial Secretary with a complete set of such
adverti arments which have been extensively used in this way. Sto me
of them would perhaps be suitable for issue in the local press, and
could be adapted and translated for use in the Chinese press.

Another method of making know the available facilities for free
treatment which has been adapted and found satisfmoto ry is by the
affixing of notices carefully drawn by the Medical Department in all
public conveniences, the cloak-rooma of worka, firms and busin-
ess houses, suitable places in the quarters of all do vernment emplo yes
(police barracks) and in any centres where numbers of the hospital-
using population congregate.

We recommend that films of service to parents and teachers, such f
as THỂ GIFT OF LIFE should be purchased by the Fducation Department
for use in the schools, and on loan to respänsible prople.
We also recommend that films of service in public health pro
paganda should be purchased by the Health Department. Good pro duct-
ions exist illustrating the prevention of infant mortality, tuberculo-
sis and venereal di sense.
In addition the commercial showings of such films of audatáima
